Our dedicated staff are our most valued asset. Two licensed Ontario Land Surveyors, and four Surveying Technologists experienced in legal and topographic surveys, (CAD) drafting, data capture and conversion.

Our experienced clerical and administrative staff back-up the operation with state-of-the-art accounting and administrative software.

 

L. U. (Larry) Maughan, OLS, OLIP. - President

  • is responsible for the management of the firm and quality control. Larry founded the firm in 1959 and has continued as our leader since that time.

 

R. C. (Bob) Hawkins, OLS, OLIP. - Vice President

  • joined us in 1969 and was commissioned as an Ontario Land Surveyor in 1975. Bob is responsible for our legal and topographical surveys.

 

D.U. (David) Maughan, BA, OLS, OLIP

  • joined us in 1996 and is commissioned as an Ontario Land Surveyor and Ontario Land Information Professional. Educated as a Geomatics SpeciaIist, David also provides management and design for GIS projects.

 

W.A. (Wayne) Suchan, OST

  • our Senior Party Chief who has been with our firm since 1973 and is responsible for the field crews in connection with legal surveys, topographical surveys, control surveys and GPS surveys.

 

B.J. (Brian) Glendenning, OST

  • a graduate of Survey Technology at Humber College and is our field and office technologist. Brian has been with our firm since 1979. Brian is our chief parcel mapper.

 

Darryl Felton

  • a field technician and instrument man. Darryl is a graduate of GIS Technology at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Lindsay and joined the firm in 2002. Darryl provides document imaging skills for our corporate & GIS database.

 

Forrest Pengra

  • a graduate of Michigan State University with a BSc. in Geography, specializing in G.I.S./Spatial Information Systems. Forrest has worked to structure a standardized database and cartographic templates, as well as web-based G.I.S. development. Forrest joined the firm in 2007.

Jamie Munro

  • a field technician and instrument man and joined the firm in 2002.

 

Terhi Millard

  • our Executive Assistant is your first live voice contact with us. Terhi also shares responsibility for map retails. Terhi joined the firm in 2004.
